Broadband Planning, Grant Writing, Infrastructure and Systems Solutions

The State of New Mexico is seeking proposals to establish a statewide price agreement for Broadband Planning, Grant Writing, and Broadband Infrastructure and Systems Solutions. The selected contractor will provide services including strategic guidance for State and Federal funding opportunities, feasibility assessments, technical planning, and grant writing. The contractor must comply with applicable grant program requirements and industry best practices. The scope of work includes providing access to a broadband network, ensuring network reliability, and meeting Federal and State requirements. • Broadband Planning services will be customized to meet the unique needs of each project. • Grant Writing services will support Federal and/or other broadband infrastructure grant and/or loan funding opportunities. • Broadband Infrastructure and Systems Solutions will provide scalable, dependable, and cost-effective fiber/cable and wireless high-speed internet connectivity. • The contractor must own and maintain current editions of relevant codes and standards, including the NEC Code Book and BICSI Telecommunications Distribution Methods Manual. • The contract will be executed in accordance with the current National Code, as amended by the New Mexico State Code, local and state ordinances, and FCC regulations.
