MAINTENANCE, OPERATIONS, TRANSPORTATION, SUPPLIES, PARTS, EQUIPMENT AND RELATED SERVICES

Duncanville Independent School District (DISD) is issuing an informal RFP to establish a multi‑award “catalog” of vendors that can provide a broad range of maintenance, operations, transportation, supplies, parts, equipment and related services for the 2026‑2027 school year and three optional renewal years. Vendors must submit a complete proposal package (including conflict‑of‑interest questionnaire, W‑9, vendor data form, and any required certifications) by 3:00 PM CT on 12/18/2026. The contract will be awarded on a rolling basis to multiple vendors; each award will be for the duration of the school year with the possibility of extension through 2029‑2030. All pricing must be “catalog” style with discounts that include shipping and handling (FOB Destination). The district requires compliance with Texas state purchasing laws, various ethical and background‑check certifications, and, where applicable, federal procurement provisions (2 CFR Part 200). Vendors must be able to deliver goods/services on an as‑needed basis, maintain a published price list, and support regular site visits and service calls.
