INVESTMENT CONSULTANT SERVICES

The City of North Las Vegas is seeking an investment consultant firm to provide investment advisory services for the City's 457(b) and 401(a) plans. The scope of work includes consulting services, contract administrative services, investment policy and fund searches, investment review services, and potential transition services. The consultant will be required to provide investment advisory services for all aspects of the plans, including plan design, investment strategies, and fee benchmarking. • The City's plans have dozens of funds in various asset categories, including bonds, U.S. equities, international equities, target date funds, balanced allocation funds, and specialty/other funds. • The consultant will be required to provide written investment performance review reports and review each report with the Committee. • The consultant will also be required to provide training for Committee members on fiduciary duties, industry or regulatory developments, and other pertinent topics. • The City is seeking a consultant with experience in providing similar services to public sector clients. • The consultant will be required to have a minimum of five years of experience in the investment/advisory field. • The City is seeking a consultant who can provide expert assistance in defining rating factors and review criteria, as well as creating a review methodology to evaluate and rank proposals.
