Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source-De Havilland-115 Vampire Aerial Act

The US Air Force intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Vampire Aviation, INC. for an authentic DH-115 Vampire for acrobatic demo or static display during the 2026 Great Texas Airshow hosted by Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA)-Randolph. The requirement includes providing all personnel, supervision, and other items necessary for the aerial demonstration. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities for fulfilling this requirement, but the Government may choose to conduct a competitive requirement at its discretion.
