The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) on behalf of Michigan Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is requesting professional architectural and engineering services for the design and construction of an addition to the Olympia Readiness Center in Detroit, Michigan. The project includes a 3-story, 43,600 sq. ft. addition with various features such as unheated vehicle storage, offices, classrooms, and training rooms. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing a complete MILCON design package, conducting site investigations, and providing construction oversight. The project is expected to be completed in 48 months.
