Statement of Interest: Eaglecrest Food & Beverage Concessions Opportunity

The City & Borough of Juneau is seeking a qualified concessionaire to operate food and beverage services at the Eaglecrest Ski Area Fish Creek Lodge. The contractor will lease space, share a percentage of gross sales, and may renew annually for up to five years. The opportunity includes use of existing kitchen equipment, utilities, and limited office space, but the concessionaire must provide staffing, additional equipment, permits, and day‑to‑day operations.
