The Georgia Gwinnett College is soliciting for Graphic Package through an electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ). The objective of the eRFQ is to select one or more qualified suppliers to provide the goods and/or services outlined in this eRFQ. Suppliers must submit responses, which will be evaluated based on their compliance with the requirements, cost, and other factors. The State Entity reserves the right to waive minor irregularities, reject any and all responses, and request clarifications or resubmissions from suppliers. • The contract term will be from the date of award until the end of the State’s current fiscal year with four one-year options to renew. • Suppliers must comply with the State's Standard Contract and terms and conditions. • Suppliers must meet all the delivery requirements specified in the attached document. • Suppliers must provide the GA standard insurance coverage and requested insurance certificates. • Suppliers must complete the Sales and Use Tax compliance form. • Suppliers may be required to price match the lowest vendor's price for this bid.
