Notice of Intent to Sole Source - March Air Reserve Base Building 1203 - HVAC Modification

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price Modification to Burns & McDonnell Engineers Company, Inc. for the replacement of an Air Handling Unit (AHU) at March Air Reserve Base, California. The design effort will include load calculations, equipment site layout plans, equipment schedules/specs, HVAC controls design, electrical power design, lighting design, and BIM coordination.
