The Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) is seeking qualified contractors to replace a segment of its water transmission main along Lindenberger Road and Simpson Road in Menifee, California. The scope includes installing new 27‑inch and 36‑inch cement‑mortar‑lined steel pipeline, connecting to existing lines, removing and abandoning old pipe, providing bulkheads, de‑watering, corrosion test stations, and associated civil works such as trenching, backfill, street pavement repair, and traffic control.
