Description
The City of Torrington is seeking proposals from qualified law firms or individual attorneys to provide labor counsel services. The services will include collective bargaining, labor law, personnel, and employee relations. The deadline for submission is June 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
• The City reserves the right to award or reject any or all bids.
• The City encourages MBEs, WBEs, and SBEs to apply.
• No faxed or e-mailed proposals will be accepted.
• The City will not accept bids withdrawn for 90 days.
