Description
The East Bay Municipal Utility District is seeking a qualified concessionaire to operate, maintain, and improve the Camanche Hills Hunt Preserve for a ten‑year term. The contractor will manage all hunting‑related facilities, including a clubhouse, game‑bird breeding and release operations, dog kennels, shooting ranges, food services, RV parking, and comprehensive site maintenance. Revenue generated from hunting fees, range fees, and other services will be shared with the District (3 % of gross receipts) and deposited into a dedicated capital‑improvement fund (5 %). The awardee must hold California Dept. of Fish & Wildlife certification, provide extensive insurance, and submit regular financial and operational reports.
