Virginia Village Affordable Housing Services

The City of Falls Church is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide non-professional services and goods for Virginia Village Affordable Housing Services. The scope of work includes providing all necessary labor, work, expertise, supervision, materials, and other resources to complete the described services. The contract term will be for 12 months, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The city reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, or re-advertise the RFP. • The RFP includes requirements for proposal submission, eligibility, and proof of authority to transact business in Virginia. • The city requires compliance with health and safety protocols, and the contractor must provide services as the prime contractor under any resultant contract. • The RFP includes provisions for subcontracting, trade secrets, and proprietary information. • The city reserves the right to use any or all ideas presented in response to the RFP, subject to limitations regarding trade secret/proprietary data.
