Design of Replacement Mechanical Units and New Mechanical Rooms at Adams Library

The Town of Chelmsford is seeking a qualified firm to provide design services for the replacement of mechanical units and new mechanical rooms at the Adams Library. The scope of work includes design, construction documentation, bidding, and construction administration services for the demolition and replacement of three air handling units, associated exterior condensing units, and a gas-fired boiler. The project also involves existing VAV testing and modifications. • The RFP documents will be available for download on May 6, 2026, at 10:00 am. • A non-mandatory site briefing session will be held on May 14, 2026, at 9:00 am. • Sealed proposals will be received until May 27, 2026, at 10:00 am. • The project is being managed by the Town of Chelmsford's Department of Public Works.
