Description
Request for Proposals for Snow Removal Services for the Tioga County Property Development Corporation (“TCPDC” or “Land Bank”). These services are required for the ongoing maintenance and safety of various Land Bank-owned properties located throughout Tioga County, particularly during the winter season. We are seeking qualified contractors who can provide timely, reliable, and cost-effective snow removal services at designated locations. The TCPDC manages a range of properties that are in various stages of redevelopment, including rehabilitation, newly constructed, or demolition. Maintaining safe and accessible conditions at these sites is critical to the success of the Land Bank’s mission.
