A&E - Calvin Price State Forest Storage Building

The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources is seeking qualified firms to provide architectural and engineering services for the design and construction administration of a metal building to be used as an equipment maintenance and storage facility in Calvin Price State Forest, Pocahontas County. The project will include a geotechnical investigation, foundation design, grading, and utilities design. The selected firm will be responsible for providing all necessary services to design and construct the facility. • The facility will be a 40 ft. x 60 ft. steel building • The project will include stormwater runoff and erosion/sediment control • The selected firm will be responsible for construction contract administration • The project will be completed in accordance with the ICC International Energy Conservation Code and the ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA Standard 90.1-2007 • The selected firm must comply with the Local Labor Market Hiring Requirement and the Davis-Bacon wage rates
