BULK SODIUM CHLORIDE - CHEYENNE ONLY

The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking quotes for the supply of bulk sodium chloride for use as a deicer and for road construction or maintenance purposes. The sodium chloride must meet specific requirements, including a minimum of 95.0% sodium chloride (NaCl) and conform to the ASTM Designation D 632 Type 1 - Grade 1 (1/2” minus) classification. The supplier must also provide a free-flowing and usable product, suitable for its intended purpose. • The quote must include the price per ton of sodium chloride. • The supplier must provide a certificate of analysis for the sodium chloride. • The supplier must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The supplier must provide a sample of the sodium chloride for testing. • The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for an additional year.
