The Georgetown Independent School District is seeking proposals for educational/instructional supplies. The district will accept bids electronically and encourages vendors to submit responses as soon as possible. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation period. The district will evaluate proposals based on the criteria outlined in the solicitation. • The solicitation includes educational/instructional supplies such as marching band color guard supplies. • The district is a member of purchasing cooperatives, but having a cooperative contract is not required to do business with the district. • Vendors can submit with a 0% discount, and a pricing list is not required. • The district accepts online only CTE and elective courseware, and digital lesson plan resources for teachers aligned to TEKS Tech Apps can be applied. • LOTE instructional materials will be accepted under this RFP.
