Classroom & Instructional Supplies, Materials & Equipment

The Leander Independent School District is seeking proposals for Classroom and Instructional Supplies, Materials, and Equipment. The district has an ongoing need for these supplies, and vendors may submit proposals from the open date until June 30, 2028. The proposals will be evaluated continuously throughout the term, and the district may extend the solicitation via addendum at its sole discretion. The supplies include generic, plain whiteboards, but exclude interactive whiteboards, nylon flags, and banners. Vendors may use dealers, but they must be listed as authorized dealers or resellers. • The district utilizes cooperative contracts, such as BuyBoard, Choice Partners, and TIPS. • Vendors with existing contracts through these cooperatives may not need to submit a proposal. • The district requires compliance with federal regulations, including debarment, conflict of interest, and termination for cause. • Vendors must provide proof of insurance, including workers' compensation, comprehensive liability, and automobile liability insurance. • The district reserves the right to audit the contractor's books and records and to self-perform services at any time during the contract term.
