Clinic Supplies

The Westerly Public Schools are seeking a supplier to provide clinic supplies. The supplier will be responsible for furnishing and delivering the supplies as ordered through a purchase order. The supplies include various medical and first aid items, such as eye, ear, nose, and throat preparations, medications, bandages, and other miscellaneous items. The supplier must deliver the supplies Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The prices quoted must include all costs, such as delivery, profit, overhead, bond, insurance, etc. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and labor and payment bond.
