Notice of Intent to Modify Existing IDIQ Contracts for Quality Assurance/Peer Reviews

The U.S Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) is considering modifying existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Quality Assurance/Peer Reviews to add an option for a 6-month extension to the period of performance. The contracts in question are held by Michael Baker International, Inc, Burns & McDonnell Engineering Inc, Toland & Mizell Architects, Inc, Barge/Emerison Joint Venture, and Burgess & Niple-Heapy LLC. • The modification aims to add FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, in accordance with AFARS 5117.290 and FAR 6.304. • The contracts are for Quality Assurance/Peer Reviews. • The period of performance may be extended by 6 months. • The USACE is seeking to modify existing contracts, rather than issuing new ones.
