IDNR - Illini State Park Concession

The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is seeking a vendor to run the restaurant concession at Illini State Park. The vendor will be required to submit pricing on BidBuy line items, which will be based on the percentage of gross receipts to be paid as a reserve account payment. The initial term of the contract will be for 5 years, with the option for renewal. The vendor will be required to attend a mandatory pre-submission conference on April 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM. • The vendor must submit a Vendor Disclosure or IPG Active Registered Vendor Disclosure form. • The vendor must submit an Offer to the State of Illinois. • The vendor must submit a Contract. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The vendor must have the financial resources to ensure performance of the contract.
