Van Buren Ave - Street Curb and Gutter Improvements

The City of Cheyenne is seeking qualified contractors to perform comprehensive street‑level improvements on Van Buren Avenue. The scope includes installing a new 12‑inch water main with valves, fittings and fire hydrants, upgrading storm‑drain infrastructure, removing existing asphalt and chain‑link fencing, excavating and back‑filling, providing traffic and erosion control, and restoring the right‑of‑way with new asphalt, concrete curb and gutter, landscaping, riprap, signage, and related utilities. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder that meets residency and bonding requirements, with a performance and payment bond equal to 100 % of the awarded price and a 5 % bid guarantee.
