Out of Time Enrichment, Related Items and Services

Fort Bend ISD’s Extended Learning Department is seeking qualified vendors to deliver out‑of‑school enrichment classes for Pre‑K through 8th‑grade students across 30 campuses. Programs must cover academic readiness, arts, crafts, computer science, culinary, foreign language, sports, dance, music and STEM, delivered as one‑hour weekly sessions for a ten‑week semester (fall or spring). Vendors must provide curriculum, lesson plans, qualified instructors, monthly parent communication, and a showcase at semester end. The contract is a two‑year term (option for a third year) with a total estimated value of $50,000. Proposals are due electronically by 2 PM CST on 10 Nov 2026; a virtual pre‑proposal conference is scheduled for 22 Sept 2026.
