BEP Vending Machines, Accessories, Supplies, Servi

The Kansas Department for Children and Families is seeking proposals for the provision of BEP vending machines, accessories, supplies, and services statewide. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, from the date of contract execution through August 31, 2030. The selected vendor will be required to provide vending machines with cashless/remote monitoring systems, perform repairs and maintenance, and provide training to state employees. The proposal must include a detailed narrative response to the vendor information sheet, a cost sheet, and other required documents. • The vendor must have experience in providing similar services to large organizations. • The vendor must be able to provide a wide range of vending machine options, including snack, beverage, and fresh food machines. • The vendor must be able to provide cashless/remote monitoring systems for all vending machines. • The vendor must be able to perform repairs and maintenance on all vending machines. • The vendor must be able to provide training to state employees on the use and maintenance of the vending machines.
