Technology Supplies, Equipment, Parts and Services

The Belton Independent School District is seeking qualified companies to submit proposals for technology supplies, equipment, parts, and services. This is a qualifying RFP only, and goods and services will be purchased on an as-needed basis throughout the district. The estimated value of services, equipment, and/or supplies purchased annually is over $50,000.00. The term of this proposal shall be for one year with four automatic renewals, one year at a time. • The RFP is for technology supplies, equipment, parts, and services. • The district reserves the right to negotiate any terms, conditions, or pricing with a proposer prior to an award. • The district reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous. • Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. • The district has the option to extend this RFP at the end of the final contract period for up to 120 days if determined to be in the best interest of the district.
