VEHICLE RENEWAL NOTICE (2025) RFP

The Polk County Treasurer's Office is seeking a contractor to provide printing and mailing services for vehicle registration renewal notices. The contractor will be responsible for retrieving data files from the Iowa Department of Transportation, generating renewal notices, and mailing them to vehicle owners. The contractor must have experience in printing and mailing services, particularly for governmental projects. The contract will be for a period of three years, with two optional one-year extensions. • The contractor must be able to generate renewal notices with required language and vehicle data. • The contractor must be able to print and mail renewal notices within six business days of proof approval. • The contractor must be able to electronically deliver renewal notices and provide a dynamic QR code linking customers to their vehicle renewal on the county's online payment site. • The contractor must have a Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 audit ensuring the ability to work with confidential data. • The contractor must be able to provide additional services as requested, based on a quote.
