SOQ-26-006 Provide Professional Landscape Architectural Services on an As-Needed Basis for Projects Located Throughout the Parish

The Jefferson Parish Government is seeking qualified firms to provide professional landscape architectural services on an as‑needed basis for various projects throughout the parish for a two‑year period. The scope includes design, preparation of plans and specifications, bidding assistance, construction administration, and related supplemental services for landscape‑type projects. Compensation may be hourly or fixed‑fee, with a maximum yearly cap of $500,000 and no guaranteed workload; the Council may award contracts to one or more firms. Firms must have at least one principal who is a licensed landscape architect, architect, or professional engineer in Louisiana, and a professional in charge with a minimum of five years’ experience.
