Description
The State of Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) is soliciting emailed bids for the supply of bituminous‑coated corrugated steel culvert pipe and accompanying pipe bands in a variety of diameters (24", 48", 54", 60") and lengths, together with approved gasket materials. All items must meet the 2026 LA Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges (Sections 1007.1, 1007.2, 1007.8) and be listed on the Approved Materials List. The contract will be awarded to one successful bidder; no split awards. Delivery must be coordinated with district personnel and occur Monday‑Thursday, 6 AM‑4 PM. The bid must be submitted via email by 10/26/2026 11:59 PM CST and include unit prices rounded to two decimal places.
• Required products: steel corrugated culvert pipe (24", 48", 54", 60") and matching pipe bands.
• Gasket material must be from approved source; lifting lugs and 10‑inch bolts required on specific items.
• Quantities listed per size (e.g., 100 LF of 24" pipe, 2 EA of 24" band, etc.).
• All bids must be signed, include delivery terms, and be firm for at least 30 days.
• Vendor must be registered in LaPAC and, if an LLC or corporation, in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State.
• Payment via EFT preferred; invoices payable within 30 days of receipt.
