On-Call Water & Wastewater Engineering Services

The County Commissioners of Charles County are seeking qualified, multi-disciplined engineering firms to provide on-call water and wastewater engineering services. The selected firms will demonstrate capabilities to fulfill the duties required within this solicitation. The scope of work includes providing engineering and consulting services for water and wastewater related projects on an on-call basis. The contract will be for a base period of approximately 2 years, with four optional 1-year renewals. The County reserves the right to award a contract to one or multiple firms. • The contract will include design, inspection, and survey services for water and wastewater projects. • The selected firms will be required to provide a technical proposal, including staff experience, standard form SF 330, and additional items. • The County will evaluate proposals based on project understanding, experience of key staff and project team, firm experience, and price. • The contract will require the selected firms to provide insurance, including commercial automobile, worker's compensation, commercial general liability, and professional liability.
