This solicitation seeks contractors to design, demolish, and construct ADA‑compliant curb ramps and associated roadway improvements across multiple right‑of‑way locations in north San Bernardino. The work includes removal of existing pavement, installation of detectable warning surfaces, concrete curbs/sidewalks, slot‑drain systems, traffic‑control devices, landscaping, and final roadway finishing, all in accordance with Caltrans 2025 specifications and county prevailing‑wage requirements. Bidders must provide a fully executed proposal with unit prices, submit a 10 % bid bond, and meet extensive licensing, CARB, and DIR registrations.
• Install new and retrofit ADA ramps, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and detectable warning surfaces.
