Operational Support Contracted Services

The Leander Independent School District is seeking proposals from vendors to provide operational support contracted services. The services included in this solicitation are varied and include, but are not limited to: Access Control Services, Arbor Tree Services, Custodial Equipment Maintenance and Repair, Glass Services, Industrial Equipment Maintenance and Repair, Locksmith Services, Maintenance Equipment Maintenance and Repair, Material Handling Equipment Maintenance and Repair, Overhead Door Maintenance and Repair, Parking Lot Maintenance, Towing Services, Transportation Ride Share Services, and other services identified to be operational support that are not listed above. The District is looking to create a list of awarded contractors to provide these services, and there is no obligation upon the District to use any particular contractor. The evaluation criteria for this solicitation include submittal, intent, pricing, and references. • The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. • The District reserves the right to waive any irregularities in any proposal. • The District reserves the right to request clarification or additional information from any firm. • The District reserves the right to select one or more firms as the District may determine to be in the best interest of the District. • The contract term is anticipated to be from the date of award through June 30, 2028. • The District may utilize periodic reviews related to contractual requirements and professional expectations to ensure satisfactory performance. • The District has the right to terminate the contract for cause if the contractor is not meeting the requirements of the contract.
