Operational Support Contracted Services

The Leander Independent School District is seeking vendors to provide operational support contracted services. The services included in this solicitation are varied and include, but are not limited to, access control services, arbor tree services, custodial equipment maintenance and repair, equipment rentals, glass services, industrial equipment maintenance and repair, landscape services, locksmith services, maintenance equipment maintenance and repair, material handling equipment maintenance and repair, overhead door maintenance and repair, parking lot maintenance, physicals and drug testing, towing services, transportation ride share services, and hazardous waste disposal services. The district is looking to create a list of awarded contractors to provide these services, and there is no obligation to use any particular contractor. The district will choose the contractor that best meets its needs. • The services are operational support contracted services. • The solicitation is continuous, and the district may use the list of vendors as a primary source to obtain services. • There is no guarantee of any quantity of orders. • The district will respond to questions on an ongoing basis through the life of the solicitation. • The solicitation was released on 3/1/2023, and responses are due by 5/30/2028.
