Budget estimate

$100,000 – $1,000,000

Based on the information provided, it is difficult to estimate the exact budget for this contract. However, considering the requirement for commercial explosives and the fact that this is a full and open competition, the budget could potentially range from $100,000 to $1,000,000. This estimate is highly speculative and may not reflect the actual budget.
