Catalog Contract for EDUCATIONAL CONTRACTED SERVICES & MATERIALS

The Round Rock Independent School District is accepting bid responses for Educational Contracted Services and Materials. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. The district will evaluate proposals based on the criteria outlined in the solicitation and make awards throughout the open period. • The contract replaces 22-019, which expires on 06/30/2023. • All vendors are required to respond to this new RFP to continue business with the district. • Electronic bidding is encouraged, and hard copies are also accepted. • Responses must be received by the Purchasing Department staff prior to the close date and time. • The district will evaluate proposals and make awards based on the criteria outlined in the solicitation.
