CATALOG CONTRACT FOR VOCATIONAL EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES & SERVICES

The Round Rock Independent School District is seeking bids for a catalog contract to provide vocational equipment, supplies, and services. The contract is intended to replace the existing contract, 21-009, which expires on 6/30/25. All vendors are required to respond to this new RFP in order to continue doing business with the district. The bid invitation document must be downloaded, completed, signed, and included in the bid response. Electronic bidding is strongly encouraged, and all responses must be received by the Purchasing Department staff prior to the close date and time. • The contract includes vocational equipment, supplies, and repairs and/or maintenance services. • The bid invitation document must be downloaded, completed, signed, and included in the bid response. • Electronic bidding is strongly encouraged. • All responses must be received by the Purchasing Department staff prior to the close date and time. • The contract replaces the existing contract, 21-009, which expires on 6/30/25. • Failure to respond to this new RFP will impact the vendor's opportunity to continue doing business with the district.
