Catalog Contract for Catering Services

The Round Rock Independent School District is seeking vendors to provide catering services through a catalog contract. The district will accept bid responses on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period and will make awards to multiple vendors. The contract will replace the existing one that expires on 06/30/2024. Vendors are required to respond to this new RFP to continue doing business with the district. • The solicitation is open from 6/5/2024 to 6/6/2028. • Awards will be made throughout the open period of this solicitation. • The district strongly requests electronic bidding to eliminate errors and reduce environmental impact. • Vendors can submit responses as soon as possible, and they will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined in the solicitation.
