FSC Meridian Fire Reporting & Control Systems, NAS Meridian

The U.S. Navy is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive fire protection and life‑safety system services at Naval Air Station Meridian, Mississippi. The scope includes inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, and certification of fire alarm, special‑hazard, water‑based suppression, and pre‑engineered kitchen fire systems, all performed by NICET‑qualified personnel. In addition, the contractor must maintain and support the base’s water‑plant SCADA system and other proprietary industrial control systems (Johnson Controls, Simplex, Monaco, Honeywell). The effort requires OEM authorizations, NICET certifications, and documented past performance on similar military or aviation facilities. • Provide NICET Level II/III certified staff for fire alarm, special‑hazard, and water‑based suppression systems. • Perform annual testing, calibration, and adjustment of SCADA water‑control equipment. • Maintain, program, and integrate proprietary control platforms (Johnson Controls, Simplex, Monaco, Honeywell). • Supply proof of active OEM authorizations and relevant manufacturer certifications. • Deliver past‑performance evidence for comparable naval or aviation fire‑protection contracts.
