The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking professional architectural and engineering (AE) design services for the design of various Non-Recurring Maintenance (NRM) construction projects at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The projects are primarily architectural in nature, but may also include components that fall under additional disciplines such as civil and structural. The solicitation is restricted to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The contract will be awarded as a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC). The offeror must submit a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 projects in Section F of the SF330 submission. The projects can be from the last 3 years, but older projects can also be submitted. The evaluation will focus on the last 3 years of past performance. • The contract has a guaranteed minimum of $25,000 and a contract ceiling of $10,000,000. • The order minimum is $2,000 and the order maximum is $2,000,000. • The SF330 submission is limited to 75 single-sided pages. • The submission must include a signed certificate of compliance with the VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting. • The offeror must demonstrate the capability of 50% SDVOSB performance in compliance with 48 CFR 852.219-10.
