Printed Material

The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare is seeking bids for printed materials. The contractor will be responsible for producing a variety of printed materials, including forms, brochures, booklets, and other items. The contractor must be able to read and manipulate Quark, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign files, and must match the paper texture, weight, and color of existing materials. The contractor must also be able to revise text, graphics, and photos, and must submit blue line proofs of any new or revised items for approval. • The contractor must deliver materials to various locations throughout Idaho in a timely and cost-effective manner. • The contractor must provide a fully burdened total cost for all printed materials. • The contractor must have a physical address within 31 miles of 450 W. State Street, Boise, ID 83720. • The contractor must ensure all printing is clear and legible, and must remedy any errors immediately at no additional cost to the Department.
