Custer State Park Portable Toilets

The State of South Dakota, Department of Game, Fish and Parks, is seeking a vendor to provide portable chemical toilets and services for Custer State Park. The contract will be for a five-year period, with the option to extend for two one-year periods. The vendor will be responsible for providing chemical toilets and services for various events, including the Buffalo Roundup, Arts Festival, and Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, as well as for winter and summer seasons. The vendor must be able to securely stake the portable toilets in locations where possible to prevent them from tipping over in high wind events. • The vendor must provide chemical toilets and services according to the attached schedule. • The vendor must have experience in providing similar services. • The vendor must be able to provide a functioning lock mechanism attached to the toilet door. • The vendor must be able to pump, thoroughly clean, and refill the chemical toilets. • The vendor must be able to service the chemical toilets on a regular basis.
