IN-STATE/ OUT-OF-STATE PROCESS SERVICE

The South Carolina Department of Social Services is seeking a single vendor to provide statewide process‑serving services, both within South Carolina and in other states. The contractor will locate individuals, serve legal documents, and return affidavits in accordance with agency‑specified timelines.
