IDEA Public Schools (IDEA Florida, Inc.) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide fully managed, high‑capacity Wide Area Network (WAN) transport services that connect its two central HUB locations in Austin, TX and Weslaco, TX to multiple satellite (Z) sites across Florida. The contract will be for a three‑year term (July 1 2027 – June 30 2030) and must deliver 1 Gbps symmetric, dedicated bandwidth per site, meet stringent service‑level targets (99.99 % availability, low latency, rapid outage response), and comply with E‑Rate (Form 470) requirements. Vendors must submit detailed technical designs, construction routes, special construction cost breakdowns, and pricing in the prescribed Excel attachment.
