PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that sealed bids will be received at the Johnstown City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 33-41 East Main Street, Johnstown, New York 12095 up to 10:00 am on the 19th day of October, 2026 for the demolition and removal of the structure at 7 N. Melcher Street. Drawings and Specifications may be examined on and after September 24, 2026 at C.T. Male Associates, 50 Century Hill Dr., Latham, NY 12110, 518-786-7400 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Complete sets of Bidding and Contract Documents, in electronic format, may be obtained at no charge from the Engineer. C.T.
