2027 PROFESSIONAL SERVICE-HOUSING CONSULTANT

The Township of Hamilton (Mercer County, NJ) is seeking qualified individuals or firms to serve as a Housing Consultant for the 2027 fiscal year. The consultant will provide professional engineering and housing‑related advisory services, prepare reports, advise on policy, and assist with the planning, design, and implementation of housing projects throughout the municipality. The contract runs from January 1 2027 to December 31 2027 and will be awarded at the first or second Council meeting in January 2027.
