Annual Contract FY 2026-2027

Webb County is seeking to award a contract for an Annual Contract for Printing Services. The contract will be used by Webb County Offices throughout Fiscal Year 2026-2027. The successful bidder will be required to provide printing services as specified in the ITB. The contract terms and conditions are subject to change. • The contract is for a period of one year, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. • The county reserves the right to select a primary and secondary vendor, or to select multiple vendors for this contract. • The bidder must disclose any existing or potential conflict of interest relative to the performance of the requirements of this ITB. • The bidder must comply with all provisions of the ITB and the Texas Local Government Code.
