SRF Area P-12 Improvements

The City of Panama City is seeking qualified contractors to execute the SRF Area P‑12 Improvements project in the Cove neighborhood. The scope includes replacing approximately 15,916 linear feet of roadway, 15,216 linear feet of water mains, 4,705 linear feet of sewer pipe, and applying sewer lining over 7,731 linear feet. Work will be performed along multiple streets (E. Beach Dr., Harmon Ave., Cone Ave., etc.) and is expected to last 365 days. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Bonfire portal by 11:00 AM CT on 6 Nov 2026. A non‑mandatory pre‑bid conference is scheduled for 21 Oct 2026 at 11:00 PM CT.
