FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER TRAINING AND AMERICAN DREAM DOWN PAYMENT PROGRAM APPLICATION PROCESSING AND COUNSELING

The County of Middlesex is seeking qualified vendors to provide First-time Homebuyer Training and American Dream Down Payment Program (ADDI) Application Processing for eligible Middlesex County residents. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing group first-time homebuyer counseling classes, individual counseling, and processing ADDI applications. The vendor will also be required to promote the program and provide information to potential clients. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for two additional one-year terms. • The vendor must be a HUD certified housing counseling agency • The vendor must have at least one year of experience in providing homebuyer training • The vendor must be able to provide services within Middlesex County • The vendor must be able to provide a group first-time homebuyer counseling class and individual counseling to each ADDI applicant • The vendor must be able to process ADDI applications and submit them to the County for review • The vendor must be able to promote the program and provide information to potential clients
