RFP-893 Architect DOC BCC Medical New Warehouse Lexington KY

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking professional design services for a new warehouse supporting the DOC Medical Facility located on the Blackburn Correctional Complex in Lexington, Kentucky. The warehouse will be approximately 6,000 SF and will include secured storage areas and offices. The project requires the services of an Architect and/or Engineer registered in Kentucky. The selected firm will provide design services, including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering. The project budget is $2,000,000.00 for construction. • The project requires experience with Kentucky High Performance Standards and sustainable principles. • The project requires a consultant team with expertise in architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering. • The project requires a minimum of three references from similar projects. • The project requires registration with the Kentucky Secretary of State and declaration of being in "good standing" prior to award of contract.
