Invitation to Bid – Tucker Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant to Equalization Storage – Phase II

The City of Conway’s public utility, Conway Corporation, is soliciting sealed, hard‑copy bids for Phase II of the Tucker Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant conversion to an equalization storage facility. The scope includes removal of treatment‑pond sludge, demolition work, installation of site piping, valves, slide gates, electric actuators, and all related appurtenances as shown on the project plans and specifications. Bids must be submitted in hard copy by September 15, 2026, and are subject to Buy‑America requirements.
