Retamal Dam Buoy System

The United States Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) is issuing a Solicitation for the Design-Build of the Retamal Dam Buoy System. The project includes the construction of a waterway barrier line to prevent public access to dangerous hydraulics upstream/downstream of the dam, a warning system, and signage to alert the public of the danger ahead. The construction also includes site preparation, inspection of all systems and structures, disposal of debris and construction waste, and quality control testing.
